A vacation rental owner since 2004, Curt understands the various aspects of operating a vacation rental. After initial purchase of a vacation rental property with his wife Jane, their techniques increased the property's revenue by over 5x (compared to the previous owner).
As a software entrepreneur and continuous improvement practitioner, Curt is constantly seeking innovative ways to leverage technology for the benefit of vacation rental property owners.
Curt's 25 year career in the software industry includes several prior software start-up successes -- two of which went public. Curt has been involved in the construction of Analytics software for several years, and is excited to bring this experience to the vacation rental software market.
